Formula V Traction Treatment

Can I use Formula V Traction on new tires?    Yes.  Shelf life can be a factor in the dryness of tires.

Can I apply Formula V at the track?  In most cases no, since you need a two day drying period.

   
Can Formula V be detected by a sniffer?   No

Is Formula V considered a tire softener?  Formula V refreshes and replenishes tires, which promotes softness.

How often do I have to use Formula V?  Initially  three to four coats a day at least two days before race day.  Thereafter, heat cycles determine your maintenance schedule.  Call for details.
